犹记得年初，我们享受着一年辛勤工作之后收获的喜悦，憧憬着在新的一年里大展拳脚、续写辉煌；我们庆祝着一月份与行业同仁共同获得的国家科技进步一等奖，欣喜LED行业发展得到认可与肯定，立志新的一年里要把科技创新、产业升级推上新的高度。就在我们激情满怀、斗志昂扬步入2020年之时，一场肆虐全球的新冠肺炎疫情毫无征兆的爆发了。它如同人类历史上所遭遇的每一次灾难一样，给我们带来了严峻挑战，深刻影响着人类发展进程。
洲明作为人类命运共同体一员，始终和大家站在一起。在国内疫情最严重的时候，我们将员工的生命安全放在首位，指导大家做好防护，并在经济、精神上给予支持，帮助大家共度难关；复工复产期间，我们采取行之有效的措施，协助不同地区的同事返岗复工，努力成为大家可以倚仗的力量。
支援国内抗疫，我们第一时间动员海外力量，采购大量口罩、消毒剂、防护衣等紧缺防疫物资发回国内，为疫区医疗机构、红十字会等相关组织捐赠了总计500万元的善款与物资，并将洲明智慧会议一体机、疫情可视化解决方案等抗疫产品应用到各地疫情防控。当海外疫情蔓延，我们又冲锋在支援海外抗疫的第一线，向海外社会捐赠近百万件防疫物资。
大家不分彼此的守望相助，让我们在漫长的抗疫战斗中取得了一定的胜利，也让我对企业价值有了更多的思考：人类命运紧密相连的新时代，赋予了我们更大的责任与使命，面对百年未有之大变局，我们要时刻坚守“对行业发展有贡献，对社会进步有帮助”的立企初心，在实体经济领域不断创新，努力促进行业共同进步，为人类可持续发展贡献力量。

我们全面加强国内市场布局，积极推进渠道下沉战略，通过在全国开展的星火计划、燎原计划、共进会，成功把渠道由省级向地市级、县区级扩张，新增合作伙伴979家，并为全国各地的经销商伙伴持续赋能，构建起扎实而牢固的渠道合作关系，为洲明与合作伙伴的双赢发展奠定了坚实基础。
我们通过对Mini LED显示技术的不懈探索，不仅成功推出第四代UMini显示产品，还建成了全球最大的Mini LED显示产业基地，率先实现P0.5、0.7、0.9等全系列Mini LED显示产品大规模量产。我们的UMini显示产品还先后为全国两会、政协常委会、深圳经济特区建立40周年庆祝大会等重大政治活动打造5G+4K/8K见屏如面新体验。
我们把握疫情影响下无接触社交方式带来的XR虚拟制作风口，率先开展XR技术与LED显示应用的深度融合，不仅成为了全球唯一与好莱坞合作运用XR技术拍摄影片的中国企业，还率先将XR技术引入国内舞台演艺与影视虚拟制作，在全球范围内打造了微软Surface电视广告片、星战系列美剧《曼达洛人》、王者荣耀五周年盛典等经典项目，为人们新奇、趣味的美好生活提供更多可能。
我们乘着5G、物联网等前沿技术迅速发展，智慧城市建设方兴未艾的东风，深耕智慧杆生态，形成了以智慧杆为载体的5G智慧城市“云+端”综合解决方案，通过杆屏物联，助力实现城市大数据一屏总览、屏上作战，全力推动着城市管理精细化、市民生活智慧化进程。
此外，我们还在文旅、体育、商业显示等领域不断迈进，以不断精进的LED应用产品与解决方案，打造了广州越秀悦汇城、天津爱情缤纷里、菲律宾马尼拉G.ATower等文旅新地标，以及2021年成都大运会、2022杭州亚运会等赛事场馆LED视显项目，始终为大众的美好生活增光添彩。
2020年，是我国“十三五”规划收官之年，也是深圳经济特区建立40周年，依靠持之以恒的创新发展，我们还很荣幸的获得了广东省政府质量奖、“献礼特区40年致敬品牌40人”荣誉称号。这些荣誉，是国家对LED行业的认可，是对洲明积极参与产业链协同发展的肯定，也是对洲明人不忘初心、砥砺前行的鞭策与鼓励。
显示精彩无处不在，光明世界从来没有黑暗。艰难的2020年已成过去，新的一年，我们期待疫情早日结束，世界人民健康平安，能早日重返幸福安宁生活；新的一年，我们也要更加努力，始终为行业进步、为人类和谐发展不懈奋斗。

New Year's Speech from the CEO of Unilumin
To be United, and We Will Stand Together in Luminance
Dear Unilumin colleagues and friends in China and abroad,on behalf of the Unilumin Group, I wish you all a Happy New Year and a happy family!
I still remember that at the beginning of the year, we enjoyed the harvest after a year of hard work,looking forward to fully display our talents and continue to write a brilliant chapter in the new year. We celebrated the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress that we won with peersp in January; we were glad that the development of LED industry was recognized, and we are determined to push technology innovation and industrial upgrading to a new level in the new year. However, as we entered 2020 with enthusiasm and high morale, an unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 hit the world. Like every disaster in human history, it has brought us severe challenges and exerted a profound impact on the course of human development.
As a member of the community with a shared future for mankind, Unilumin has been always stood with you. When the epidemic raged in China, we put the safety of our employees in the first place, guided everyone to be properly protected, and provided economic and spiritual support to help us tide over the difficulties together. During the resumption of work and production, we took effective measures to assist our colleagues in different regions to return to work and strive to become a force that we can rely on.
To support the domestic fight against the epidemic, we immediately mobilized overseas teams to purchase a large number of scarce anti-epidemic materials such as masks, disinfectants,and protective clothing and send them back to China. We donated a total of 5million yuan to medical institutions in the epidemic area, the Red Cross and other related organizations. Unilumin anti-epidemic products such as all-in-one smart conference LED TV and epidemic visualization solutions were also applied in various places.When the overseas epidemic spread, we quickly throw ourselves to the front line to support the overseas fight against the epidemic and donated nearly one million anti-epidemic materials to overseas communities.
Thanks to our mutual assistance, we have won a certain victory in the long fight against the epidemic. It also gave me more thinking about the value of the company: the new era in which the destiny of mankind is closely connected has given us greater responsibility and mission. Facing the great changes unseen in a century, we should always adhere to the original aspiration of “contributing to the development of the industry and be helpful to the social progress”.Instantly to make innovations in the real economy, strive to promote common progress in the industry, and make contributions to sustainable development of mankind.
We regard this as the source of motivation for our struggle, and opened a new page in Unilumin's innovative development.
We have comprehensively strengthened the domestic market layout and actively promoted the channel sinking strategy. Through the Spark Plan, the Prairie Fire Plan, and the Joint Progress Conference, we successfully expanded the channel from the provincial level to the prefecture level, the county level, and adding 979 new partners.And continue to empower dealer partners across the country to build a strong channel partnership, laying a solid foundation for the win-win development between Unilumin and our partners.
Through unremitting exploration of Mini LED display technology, we not only successfully launched the fourth generation of UMini display products, but also built the world’s largest Mini LED display industry base, taking the lead in realizing a full range of Mini LED display products, such as P0.5, 0.7, 0.9, etc. Our UMini display products have also created a new experience for seeing from screen as like face to face of 5G+4K/8K for major political events such as the National People’s Congress and the CPPCC Standing Committee, the 40th Anniversary Celebration of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and so on.
We grasped the XR virtual production outlet brought by the non-contact social approach under the influence of the epidemic, and took the lead in the deep integration of XR technology and LED display applications. We not only became the only Chinese company in the world that cooperated with Hollywood to use XR technology to shoot films, but also took the lead in introducing XR technology into domestic stage performance and film virtual production, and classic projects such as Microsoft Surface TV commercials, the Star Wars series of American TV series"The Mandalorian", and the fifth anniversary of the Arena Of Valor:5v5 Arena Game have been created worldwide, providing more possibilities for people’s novel and interesting life.
Taking advantage of the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and the Internet of Things, we are developing smart city construction in the ascendant, deepening the ecology of smart poles, and forming a 5G smart city "cloud +terminal" integrated solution based on smart poles. Through the pole screen Internet of things, we have helped to realize the one-screen overview and on-screen management of big data, and fully promote delicacy management and the smart life of citizens.
In addition, we are also making continuous progress in cultural tourism, sports, commercial display and other fields. With continuous improvement of LED application products and solutions, we have created new cultural and tourism land marks such as Yuexiu Yuehui City in Guangzhou, Love Binfenli in Tianjin, and G.A Tower in the Philippines.As well as LED visual display projects of the 2021 Chengdu Universiade and 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, have always add luster to the public's better life.
2020 is the closing year of China’s 13th Five-Year Plan and the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.With persistent innovation and development, we are also honored to have won the Guangdong Provincial Government Quality Award and the honorary title of "40 people saluting the brand for 40 years of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone". These honors are the country's recognition of the LED industry, an affirmation of Unilumin's active participation in the coordinated development of the industrial chain,and a spur and encouragement for Unilumin's people to keep their original intentions and forge ahead.
Display the wonderful everywhere, the light world has never been dark. The difficult 2020 has passed.In the new year, we look forward to the early end of the epidemic, the health and safety of people, and their early return to a happy and peaceful life. In the new year, we also need to work harder and always make progress for the industry and the harmonious development of mankind.
